Much like your ability to design your own box of chocolate covered strawberries, you may choose from some of the best chocolate too!

My company uses a range of chocolates from premium brands like Ghiradelli to organic and vegan brands like "Santa Barbara" and "Simple Truth."  Choosing  clean chocolate is important to me because lets face it folks, chocolate is necessary!  

 

One of my favorites to use is "Indulgence" by Chocoley.  They produce milk and semi-dark chocolate that contains no hydrogenated oil, is peanut free, tree nut free, egg free, gluten free and crafted in the finest Belgian traditions. 

 

The best white chocolate, in my humble opinion, is "Santa Barbara White Chocolate!"  It's certified kosher based on pure, prime, pressed​ cocoa butter and is hands down the best in the industry. 

 

"Simple Truth" makes a delicious vegan, semi-sweet dark chocolate that my customers rave about!  Although white is my favorite, you can trust I've tasted every type of chocolate featured in my line of

designer strawberries. 

 

Last but not least, "Enjoy Life" makes creamy, semi and dark organic chocolate that just simply covers any allergy you can think of...just kidding but it's close.  It contains no gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, casein, soy, egg, sesame, sulfites, lupin, mustard, fish and shellfish.
